Standard Delivery
We are able to offer such low prices and high quality on Personalized products by processing and engraving like items every 10-14 business days. We then process several orders at once.
With that in mind, here is an approximate delivery schedule:
10-14 business days from the date we receive your order for all in-stock products only. Allow extra time for delivery outside the 48 contiguous states, rural addresses, and for products that ship separately.
Personalized Items
Personalized products may be shipped separately, standard delivery. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of personalized products, unless otherwise noted.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. possessions/territories, and APO/FPO’s – please allow extra time for delivery to these locations.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Personalized or engraved items may only be returned if the error was ours.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
